• Billing, Invoices & Fare Adjustments: Review your itemized receipts in your ride history. If you notice an incorrect route, toll discrepancy, or duplicate charge, submit a ticket for quick reimbursement.
• Lost & Found: Left an item in a car? Reach out to support with your Trip ID and details so we can promptly connect you with your driver to retrieve your belongings.

Safety & Emergency Assistance

Your safety is our utmost priority. Every PailotX ride is monitored with real-time GPS tracking. If you ever feel unsafe or require emergency assistance during a trip:

• Use the in-app SOS Emergency Button to immediately notify local authorities and share your live ride status with your trusted contacts.
• Call emergency services (112 / 100) immediately if immediate physical safety or police assistance is needed.
• Notify our safety response team at support@pailotx.com for follow-up investigations and immediate support.
